The second race of the year was  a buoy course held in Cleveland bay with  a pleasant 8 to 15 knots of wind with ROCK N ROLLING doing there start boat duty. The crew from the boat FARRAGO performed well considering they had some new crew members. Ryan the foredeck hand nicknamed the baker as he produced some cookies during the race that were freshly baked that day. One of Farrago’s crew had a run in with some deck hardware and cut his foot that required stitches he thinks he will wear deck shoes on the boat now to not have repeat of the mishap again. FARRAGO won the race with a corrected time of 2:01:42, with ZOE second at 2:07:41 and FERAL third at 2:08:52.
